Similarly Andhra/ Rayalaseema delegation would comprise senior leaders from the region, K. Yerran Naidu, Y. Ramakrishnudu, Umareddy Venkateswarlu and Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy. There was a possibility of another team from the two regions including younger MLAs like P. Keshav and D. Narendra Kumar of meeting the committee separately.
Both the teams to meet the committee in the afternoon are expected to impress upon the members how people in the two regions favoured an integrated State.
They too would trace the history of Telugus and their long- cherished dream of staying together had become a reality in 1956. The State had made rapid progress during the last five decades as one entity.
